A small site with one job.

SecureYourKidsDevice.com exists because the advice most parents find online is either corporate marketing, generic panic-pieces, or 90-minute YouTube videos. None of that is useful at 8pm on a Tuesday when your kid just unboxed a phone.

What we do

We write short, specific, tap-by-tap setup guides. We test them on real devices with real kids. We update them when the operating systems change. We publish them for free, with no ads and no affiliate links.

We also write the occasional article about things parents are asking us about — scams, group chats, new apps — in plain language, without the "TRENDING DANGER" tone.

That's it. That's the whole site.

What we won't do

We won't sell anything.

Not a course, not a subscription, not a "premium toolkit."

We won't take affiliate money.

If we recommend a tool, it's because we've used it — not because someone pays us per click.

We won't scare you.

Fear is the default tone of kid-safety content online. We find it unhelpful, and often dishonest.

We measure, we don't surveil.

We use Google Analytics to see which guides get read — aggregate traffic only. No personal profiles, no ad retargeting, no sold data.

Who we are

A small group of parents who also happen to work in technology, education, and child welfare. We volunteer time. We test on our own kids' devices. We argue about wording.
