Privacy Policy
How we handle information on SecureYourKidsDevice.com.
Effective date: 2026-08-10 (previously 2026-04-21 — updated to describe the newsletter and the analytics now in use)
SecureYourKidsDevice.com (“we,” “us,” “our”) is published by Lexeprint Inc. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit our website.
The short version
- We don’t sell your data.
- We don’t run behavioral advertising.
- We don’t require an account to read anything.
- If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting option that doesn’t track you across sites.
Information we may collect
- Contact form submissions. If you email us or submit a form, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond.
- Newsletter signups. If you subscribe, we store your email address solely to send the newsletter, and an optional age range for your children if you choose to provide one — a band such as “9 to 12,” never a name, birth date, or anything identifying a child. It is used only to decide which guides to lead with. The field is optional and can be left blank. Signing up requires confirming your address by email, so nobody can add you to the list. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may log standard request information (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other sites. We see aggregate figures only — page counts, approximate country, referring site — never individuals.
Cookies
The site does not set tracking cookies by default. If we add features that require cookies, we will update this policy and display a notice where required by law.
Third-party services
We may link to third-party websites (vendor homepages, government reporting portals, etc.). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies separately.
Two providers process data on our behalf. Vercel hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics described above. Resend delivers our email and stores subscriber addresses. We do not enable open or click tracking on our emails, so we do not record whether you opened a message or which links you followed. We do not sell or share subscriber addresses with anyone else.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for parents and adults responsible for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@lawandforensics.com and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
- Email us at info@lawandforensics.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you’ve submitted.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
