Setup
- Sign in at family.norton.com with your Norton account.
- Add a child profile.
- Install Norton Family on each child device.
- Configure rules: web categories, time limits, search monitoring, YouTube, location (Android / iOS).
Strong points
- Mature web filter.

Weak points
- No native Mac support — it cannot monitor macOS devices at all.
- Web filtering is comparatively easy for a determined child to get around.
- On iOS, several tracking features only work if your child uses the Norton Family browser rather than Safari or Chrome — which is exactly the thing a teenager will stop doing.
- In Norton 360 bundles it appears under the name “Parental Control” rather than Norton Family, which causes a lot of unnecessary searching.
- iOS features limited.
- Dashboard design is less modern than Aura or Qustodio.
